1.  Watercolour Workshops must be paid for in advance of the course date and are not refundable or transferrable to another date.

2.  Mariana-Art cannot be responsible for web content on any of the links to this website.

3.  If you wish to purchase artwork from this website, please note that shipping costs will be added according to location.  Paintings shipped via courier or mail will be mounted and cello wrapped.  Shipment of glass in frames is not accepted.  However, if you are able to call at the Mariana-Art gallery in person, the paintings on display on this website and prices quoted will include the frame.

Chroma is an Australian company which has been making arists' paints for years. Atelier Interactive Acrylics are just one of their new brands and which have completely revolutionised acrylics for the 21st century.

 

St.Briavels Castle

12th Century Castle complete with dungeons, ghosts and stocks, right in the middle of St. Briavels. Now used as a Youth Hostel and a venue for Medieval Banquets. Formerly the hunting lodge of King John of the edge of the Royal Forest of Dean and home in the 16th Century to another Mariana - Mariana Catchmay - the wife of William Warren.

 

The George

Traditional English pub about 100 yards from the Gallery, serving Wadworth ales and home-cooked food. A warm welcome from William and Nickie. Tel 01594 530228.

 

The Florence

This former hotel is now an excellent B&B right on the banks of the river Wye. It has en-suite rooms and a licensed bar.

 

Portland Guest House
